Title:
PRR 4005, B-6SB, c. 1948
Description:
Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer of several Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotives marshalled for scrapping. In the forefront is engine #4005, a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during November of 1916 and retired in September of 1954 after 38 years of faithful service. Note that the bell and main driving rods have been removed. The exact date and the location are not recorded. Roy Healey Collection; #4 of 11.
