Shown here (R to L) is PRR engine #4415 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All are E-44 (C-C) electrics built by General Electric and rated at 4,400 horsepower each. #4415 was constructed during July of 1961. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Electrified Operations On The Pennsy" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (791-10). |
